In which countries can I purchase online?

You can purchase the items on sale in our online store in any country in the world.

 

Are out-of-stock items replaced?

In some cases, yes, and in others, no. In cases in which they will be replaced, you will find a reserve button when you make your purchase. This allows us to inform you as soon as the product is available again.

 

Can I receive regular information by email about the latest Fashion Customizer products and offers?

Yes. Just enter your email in the respective section and you will receive information about the latest products, promotions, special offers, etc.



What should I do if I do not know how to apply the product I have purchased?

Our home page has a tab at the top called “application methods”. It contains detailed information about each application method.

If you are not sure, send an email to our customer service department, atencioncliente@fashioncustomizer.com . They will clarify any doubts you may have about applying the product.



How do I know whether my purchase has been made correctly?

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation message by email. If you are a registered user, you can consult the status of your order at any time on our website by clicking on “My orders”. Once your order has left our warehouses, the transport company will provide you with your order tracking number.

Fashion Customizer declines all responsibility for delays in delivery attributed to the transport company or due to losses or unexpected situations.



How can I return a product delivered to me?

We hope this never occurs, but if it does, we will do our best to make things as easy as possible for you.

You have 14 days within which to inform us of your wish to return the product.

1.    Send an email to atencioncliente@fashioncustomizer.com to inform us of the return.

2.    Return the package to FASHION CUSTOMIZER, S.L. C/ Cerignola, 11 bajos. 08022 Barcelona using the method that is most convenient for you.

3.    After doing this, send the package tracking number to atencioncliente@fashioncustomizer.com

As soon as we receive the returned product, we will check that it is in perfect condition and then refund the purchase price in full.



It is important to bear in mind that our products may sometimes be fragile, so you should pack them carefully when you return them.

The cost of returning the product and any shipping or customs costs incurred will be charged to the client.

Why and how should I create a client account with Fashion Customizer?

Although you are not obliged to have an account to shop with Fashion Customizer, by registering your data and selecting a password, you can save having to enter your data again in future purchase transactions.

Your account, which you may access with your identifier and password, allows you to access the client area from any computer to make your purchase, check the status of your orders, order your favourite products, etc.

Furthermore, your fashion customizer account gives you access to all the promotions and discounts in our store.

 

             1.    To create an account, go to the top of the home screen, in “Identify yourself”.

             2.    Enter the “Create an account” section.

             3.    Enter all the data you are asked to enter.

             4.    After filling out the form, click on “Save”.

             5.    Then you will receive a confirmation message by email.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, go to the “Identify yourself” section in the top right-hand corner of the home screen.

Click on the “Password reminder” button, enter your email address and you will receive an email with the instructions for recovering your password.

 

How can I change my password?

To change your password, go to the user control panel that can be accessed through the link www.fashioncustomizer.com/user or go directly to the “MY ACCOUNT” section, which is located at the top right-hand corner of the page. After entering this page, click on the option “Change password” in the panel on the left.

 

I have purchased a product that is part of a promotion. How can I check that the promotion has been applied correctly?

You will see the applied promotion on the “Check out” pages. On completing the first step in the purchase process, the discounts applied that are not dependent on the user or gift vouchers will be shown. The discounts that are dependent on these elements will be shown during the third step of the purchase process, just before the confirmation page.

 

I have a discount code, but I don’t know how to use it.

First of all, purchase the items in the usual way. You should enter the promotion code during the last step in the purchase process, in the box in which you are asked to enter it.

 

If I am a company, a store, a designer or a professional from the sector and I want to sell or distribute the products of Fashion Customizer, what should I do?

If you belong to any of these profiles, click on the banner "sale and distribution" that you will find in the our home page. It will take you to a form which you should fill out and send to us.

From that moment, we will contact you to give you all the necessary information. 

 

What are the accepted payment methods?

You can pay by Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.

 

How can I obtain an invoice for my order?

When you confirm your purchase, we will send you the invoice by email.

 

What are the shipping costs?

We've decided to offer you as many options as possible. We know that shipping costs may sometimes represent a high amount as compared to the product price.

At the end of the purchase process, the most economical shipping method will always appear. Then, you will have the option to change the shipping method suggested by any other that we offer if it is better suited to your needs.

 

How can I get free shipping for my purchases?

No shipping costs are applied in Spain and Portugal for orders worth €75 or more, and in the rest of the world for orders worth €200 or more.

 

Do I have the right to benefit from the Fashion Customizer promotions if I am not registered as a user?

Yes. There is no need to register to benefit from the discounts and promotions we offer, unless they are targeted exclusively at registered clients.
